Sagar Sawant has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Trainee Account Executive at Adfactors PR in January 2016. Sagar then progressed to become an Associate Account Executive and later an Account Executive, working at the company until March 2018. From April 2018 to July 2022, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Adfactors PR. Following that, they were promoted to an Assistant Account Manager for a brief period from April 2022 to July 2023. Currently, they hold the position of an Account Manager at Adfactors PR starting from April 2023. Alongside their tenure at Adfactors PR, Sagar also worked as a Market Research Intern for a short period in 2014 at the same company. Prior to that, in November 2012, they had a role as a Technical Consultant at Mediaware Infotech Limited.

Sagar Sawant began their education at Balmohan Vidyamandir, where they completed their SSC degree from 1992 to 2003. Most recently, in 2022, they became Project Management Essentials Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute. Sagar Sawant also obtained a certification in SQL 9i from Oracle, although the specific month and year are not provided.
