Rucha Khedekar's work experience includes a role as an Associate Account Executive at Adfactors PR, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Trainee Account Executive at the same company from May 2022 to November 2022. Before joining Adfactors PR, Rucha had a role in Sales, Marketing, and CRM at The Wadhwa Group, where they worked on the TW Gardens project in Kandivali East, Mumbai from January 2021 to May 2021. Rucha'sresponsibilities included identifying competitors, researching marketing strategies, monitoring pre-sales activities, and interacting with clients to increase sales and profitability.

Rucha Khedekar pursued their Post Graduate Program In Management (PGPM) in Marketing & Operations at IBS Mumbai from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed the certification in Data Visualization Using Power BI from Power BI. In June 2021, they obtained The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google. Furthermore, in May 2021, Rucha completed the Sales Management certification from HubSpot Academy.
