Prerna Lamba has a diverse work experience in the fields of public relations, journalism, and marketing communications. Prerna most recently worked as a Senior Account Executive at Adfactors PR starting from October 2022. Prior to that, they served as a MarCom Executive at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels from February 2022 to October 2022.

Prerna'searlier experience includes working as a Senior Correspondent at BW Businessworld from November 2018 to February 2022, and as a Trainee Journalist at THE PRESS TRUST OF INDIA LIMITED from April 2018 to September 2018.

Prerna also gained experience as a Reporter at Alternatives India (ASSOCHAM's Digital Portal) in July 2017, and as a Public Relations Manager at Dreamfilmz Production House and Casting Agency in March 2017 to April 2017.
