Mouli Bose has a strong background in communications and journalism, with experience in various roles. They started their career as a Trainee Sub Editor at The Financial Express in May 2018 and later became a Sub Editor in October 2018. In February 2020, they joined Business Standard as a Senior Sub Editor. In August 2021, Mouli transitioned to a Communication Analyst position at I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee). Currently, Mouli is working as an Assistant Account Manager at Adfactors PR, starting in April 2022.

Mouli Bose's education history begins in 2012 when they attended the University of Calcutta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Literature. This program lasted from 2012 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, Mouli went on to Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Rights and Human Development. This program spanned from 2015 to 2017. Lastly, in 2017, Mouli attended the Indian Institute of Mass Communication in Delhi, earning a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Journalism and Mass Communication, which they completed in 2018.
