Bhavna Saini's work experience begins with their role as a Changemaker at Womenite in 2016, where they worked until May 2017. Bhavna then served as the Volunteer Head at the Global Impact International Film Festival and Awards from April 2017 to June 2017. In 2018, Bhavna interned at India Today for a month, followed by their position as an Assistant Producer from July 2020 to March 2022 at the same company. Bhavna joined Adfactors PR in March 2022 as an Account Executive and was promoted to Senior Account Executive in April 2023.

Bhavna Saini began their education in 2016 at Indraprastha College For Women, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia and Mass Communication. Bhavna completed their studies at this institution in 2019. In 2019, Bhavna then enrolled at the Asian College of Journalism to further their education. Bhavna obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Television Journalism from Asian College of Journalism in 2020.
