Joe Baddour is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as Special Projects Senior Manager at ADF Engineering, Inc. since July 2023, Joe has previously held the position of Senior Structural Engineer at MER Engineers, Inc. from September 2020 to July 2023. From 1993 to 2020, Joe was the V.P. of Engineering and Structural Department Manager at AMG, Inc., and earlier worked as a Structural Design Engineer at Lorenz & Williams, Incorporated from 1989 to 1992. Joe Baddour holds a Master of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Dayton.
