Thomas Poignant is an experienced engineering leader with a demonstrated history in fraud prevention, identity and access management, and software development across various platforms. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering Fraud & Risk at Adevinta since June 2020, Thomas manages a team of over 50 engineers focused on innovative fraud detection technologies. Previous roles at Adevinta include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager, overseeing cross-functional teams and building fraud-fighting platforms for multiple marketplaces. Before Adevinta, Thomas held senior positions at Front, Nexity, ILEX-international, and various consulting roles, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to project management in identity management. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from IFSIC Rennes and a DUT from IUT Informatique Lannion.
