Teo Ardoy has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Web Designer at Euro RSCG 4D. Teo then worked as a Digital Art Director at 101, where they focused on online campaigns and social media strategy. Teo also worked as a Freelance Art Director, specializing in various digital projects.

In 2013, Teo joined WOOOBA Ltd. as a Lead UX/Designer, working to promote sports and connect people globally through technology. Teo later worked as a Freelance Senior Designer at TheTin, focusing on UX/UI design and compliance with web accessibility guidelines.

Teo founded their own design studio called Nomada Digital Ltd. in 2014, where they served as the Founder/Director until 2020. During this time, they worked on various design projects and collaborated with clients in London.

In 2018, Teo briefly worked as a Lecturer at Hult International Business School. Currently, Teo is employed at Adevinta as a Senior Interaction Designer and recently transitioned into the role of Design Team Lead.

Teo Ardoy obtained a Technical Assistant Degree in Graphic Design from Arenal Informática in 2003-2004. They also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Design, and Creativity at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1999 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Interview skills for experienced UX & Product professionals" from Adevinta and "Foundation Workshop" from Management 3.0 in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
