Aude Leroy has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Aude is currently working at Adevinta as the Head of Executive Compensation & Benefits since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Global Benefits and Mobility at Adevinta from October 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Adevinta, Aude worked at Beat as the Head of Total Rewards LATAM & Global mobility from April 2020 to October 2021. Aude also has experience working at AXA as the Head of Total Rewards and Organizational Design - AXA Mexico from September 2017 to March 2020 and as a Group Reward Specialist - Executive Compensation, Global HQ from September 2014 to September 2017. Their earlier experience includes working as a Senior Total Rewards Specialist - EMEA & Canada at AbbVie from December 2012 to August 2014 and as Group HR Talent Management at ALSTOM from January 2011 to June 2012.

Aude Leroy completed their education with a Master's degree in business management specializing in Human Resources from ESSCA between the years 2007 and 2012. In 2010, they also briefly studied Human Resources and Psychology at Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile. Before that, they attended Greenwood High School from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Aude also obtained certifications, including "Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions" from Harvard Business School in 2023 and "Organizational Design Management" from Mercer in 2019.
