Frank Aventador is an experienced professional in the field of security and information technology. Currently serving as the Assistant Call Services Leader at Ademco Security Group since May 2017, Frank oversees team operations, manages customer complaints, and provides mentorship during on-the-job training. Previous roles include IT Support Engineer at EBumi Sdn Bhd, Network Operation Center Engineer at Computer Recovery Facility Data Center, and roles in IT help desk support and web operations. Frank holds a Bachelor of Computer Security (Hons) from UNITAR Education Group and a Diploma in Information Technology from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.
