Murray Biedler is an accomplished professional in the water sector with extensive experience in international partnerships and project management. Currently serving as Team Leader for the EU Water Facility at DG INTPA and Senior Associate at adelphi since January 2022, Murray coordinates specialists to provide strategic advice on the design and evaluation of water-related development initiatives. Previously, Murray held the position of Team Leader at the UNESCO European Liaison Office from February 2017 to February 2021, overseeing the ACEWATER II Project and representing various hydrological initiatives to the EU. As the Founder and Director of Deep Blue Consultants from July 2014 to February 2017, Murray focused on WASH, environmental health, and climate change policy analysis. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Politics and a Master of Science in Geohydrology, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Geography.
