Roya Parsa is currently an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Adelphi University, collaborating with Professor Sixia Chen and Dr. Han at the NY Proton Center to develop a tool for isolating areas of interest in brain tumor patients. Parsa has also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for three courses in the Math/CS Department, guiding a total of 74 students and leading laboratory classes. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer Internship at North Atlantic Industries, where automated testing scripts were developed, and a role as a Mobile Frontend Developer at Pure Match, maintaining applications on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Additionally, Parsa has taught coding classes at Coding Minds Academy. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Adelphi University, Parsa holds a High School Diploma from Division Avenue Senior High School.
