Thais Martins serves as the Director of Project Management at Adelphi Research since August 2024. Previously, Thais held the role of Director of Qualitative Field Management at Material from January 2023 to September 2024, overseeing data collection strategies for business accounts with a total of $13.6 million in annual sales revenue, developing standard operating procedures, and managing budgets and project assignments. Thais has extensive experience in operations and project management, holding positions such as Director of Operations at LRWTonic (now Material) from June 2019 to March 2023, and Director at Lieberman Research Worldwide from October 2010 to May 2019, providing operational support and managing relationships with subsidiary companies and suppliers. Thais also has experience at Ipsos ASI as Manager and at Millward Brown as Project Manager, focusing on international research project management. Thais earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in International Studies and Management from Fairfield University in 2004.
