Travis Blaser is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospice program management. As Division President and previously Vice President of Operations at Addus HomeCare since August 2016, Travis has demonstrated leadership in operational excellence. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations for Hospice at Silverado Care, Area Vice President of Operations and Executive Director Specialist at Gentiva Health Services, and Area Executive Director at Odyssey HealthCare. Travis holds a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University, which was obtained between 2000 and 2003.
