As the Founder and Chairman of the Board at NextPath Career Partners, Dan focuses on recruitment for growing small to midsize companies. Previously, Dan held the position of Chairman for Hays US, where strategic guidance was provided during a leadership transition. Dan also served as CEO and Managing Director at Veredus, leading the US affiliate of Hays PLC post-acquisition while achieving consistent double-digit growth.
