Maddy Butler has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as Project Lead and HRIS Supervisor at Addison Group since June 2018, where previous roles included Payroll HRIS Analyst and Payroll Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Payroll Coordinator at TaleMed, managing payroll for over 400 employees weekly from April 2016 to May 2018. Maddy also held positions at Cincinnati Christian University from January 2014 to May 2016, including Administrative Resident Assistant, where responsibilities involved mediating conflicts, and Outreach Team Member, focused on promoting the university. Maddy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cincinnati Christian University, obtained in 2016.
