Kelli Tolar is an experienced recruiting manager currently employed at Addison Group since June 2022, where previous roles include senior recruiter and recruiter. Prior to this position, Kelli served as the assistant program director at DC Sports from October 2020 to August 2022 and worked with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services as a family-based safety specialist and adoption specialist from August 2020 to May 2022. Kelli's earlier experience includes roles as director of student life and assistant women’s basketball coach at Clarendon College from August 2016 to August 2020, a lifeguard at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City in early 2016, and a lifeguard at Texas A&M University in summer 2015. Kelli holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mid-America Christian University, attended from 2015 to 2016.
