George Filipovic is an accomplished entrepreneur and manager with a strong background in business consulting and customer experience. As the Founder of FallUP since June 2023, George offers consulting and coaching services with the goal of supporting online businesses. Currently serving as Customer Experience and Contact Centre Manager at Addiko Bank Crna Gora, a role held since March 2018, George oversees the efficient management of contact centre operations and the complaints system, ensuring compliance with KPIs and regulations. George's previous roles at Addiko Bank include managing card-related products and customer loans. Prior to their banking career, George founded a video game company, COG, from January 2016 to March 2018. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Montenegro.
