Gabriela Melo Molano is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in marketing, operations, and employee experience. Currently serving as a Marketing & Sales Support Officer at addactis since July 2023, Gabriela previously held roles such as Culture Program Manager LATAM and Employee Experience Manager at HubSpot, where efforts focused on fostering a collaborative organizational culture. Other experience includes positions as Operations Manager at Command Alkon and LaSanta Botanicals Ltd., as well as a Senior Advisor to the Department of Protection at ICBF and Operations Coordinator at ASOTIC.
