Kristian joined ADCO in 2010, and today heads pre-construction activities for NSW branch. He is an enthusiastic and astute leader who thrives on developing high-performance teams that meet and exceed the expectations of clients and stakeholders. During his time with ADCO, Kristian has gained a well-earned reputation for delivering excellent results and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key project stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of New South Wales and is a member of the Property Council of Australia Future Directions Committee.
