Passionate about the value of developing, engaging and empowering his project team members, he also believes in leveraging diverse workforces to achieve outstanding results. From concept to completion, Kris works collaboratively with all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of projects to the highest quality standards – all whilst working within budget, to schedule and meeting the relevant HSE targets and project-specific KPIs.
