Cecillie Løkke has a diverse work experience. Cecillie began their career in 2012 as a Service Employee and First Assistant at Netto, Dansk Supermarked Group. In 2016, they became a Freelance for NORDJYSKE Medier, where they built a Facebook group with over 25,000 members. In 2020, they held a Time-limited Project Associate position at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, as well as a Full Time Animal Keeper Substitute position at Taconic Biosciences. In 2021, they worked as an Academic Officer at the National Food Institute, Technical University of Denmark. Currently, Cecillie is a Laboratory Technician at Adcendo, where they take part in setting up and executing in vivo experiments, performs ELISA, and is the working environment representative.

Cecillie Løkke obtained their STX from Maribo Gymnasium in the field of Naturvidenskab from 2011 to 2014. Cecillie then went on to obtain their Bachelor of Science in Husdyrvidenskab from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Experimental Animal Science, EU Function A and D (EU directive 2010/63/EU) from the Federation of European Laboratory Animal Science Associations. In 2016, they obtained a Course in Wildlife Diseases and Hygiene for Hunters from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. Cecillie Løkke then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Animal Science from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2017 to 2019.
