Adika Sangkil started working as a University Lecturer at Universitas Internasional Batam in December 2013 and stayed until December 2015. From April 2010 to January 2016, Adika worked as a Purchase Executive at PT. Sentek Indonesia. In June 2016, Adika became a Freelance Sales Representative at Telkom Taiwan Co. Ltd and held the position until April 2018. During that time, Adika achieved recognition as Taiwan's top sales representative and conducted marketing events and direct sales in the Southern Taiwan region. From April 2018 to November 2018, Adika worked as a Business Development Specialist at Silicon Power. In December 2018, Adika joined Yusaki International Co. Ltd (Yusaki Elevator) as an International Sales and Marketing professional. Adika successfully developed the Indonesian market, achieved sales in the region, and executed the company's first-ever marketing campaign. Adika also served as a Special Assistant to the General Manager at the subsidiary PT. During June 2022, Adika started working as a Sales Account Manager at ADAT Technology Co.

Adika Sangkil obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Finance from National Cheng Kung University. This educational achievement took place from the year 2016 to the year 2018. Prior to pursuing a higher degree, Adika completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universitas Internasional Batam. Adika's undergraduate studies occurred from 2009 to 2013. In addition to these academic qualifications, Adika has earned several certifications, including "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage, "Advanced Google Analytics" from Google, and "Google Analytics for Beginner" from Google. All three certifications were obtained in May 2020.
