In their role as Investment Strategist, Jas Chen leads the public equities and fiscal justice fixed income investment management processes, as well as portfolio construction and analytics. They also oversee the implementation of Adasina products in the marketplace. Jas has always sought the intersection between social justice and investments and is excited to be a member of Adasina Social Capital.

Prior to joining Adasina, Jas was an Investment Analyst at an alternative investment boutique firm focusing on private credit, including direct lending, distressed credit, specialty finance, and non-performing loans. They had previously worked as a Financial Analyst specializing in renewable energy underwriting and valuation for Amazon Web Services. Jas began their investment management career as an analyst on the investment team of a high-net-worth, multi-family office. They were responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring new and existing liquid alternative investment strategies. Jas holds a BS in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
