Peter Kis has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Back of House Manager at Adare Manor since January 2019. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Assistant BOH Manager at InterContinental London The O2 from September 2017 to January 2019. Peter's career also includes a position as Chief Steward at Park Plaza Victoria for a brief period in 2017 and a role as Stewarding Supervisor at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from March 2014 to December 2016.
