Deborah B. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Adapture Renewables, Inc. since July 2024. Prior to this role, Deborah B. held various positions at Avantus from June 2011 to June 2024, including Executive Vice President of Development, Senior Vice President of Development, Vice President of Development, and Director of Development. Previous experience includes serving as Development Project Manager at WorleyParsons from 2008 to 2011, Senior Forward Planner/Acquisition Manager at DR Horton from 2005 to 2008, and Project Manager at Impact Sciences from 2001 to 2005. Deborah B. holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Ohio University, and has additional education from UC Irvine.
