Debbie Finer is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Adaptimmune since August 2020, Debbie focuses on recruitment for a company pioneering novel immunotherapy products for cancer treatment. Prior to this role, Debbie worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at CSL Behring, contributing to the development of biotherapeutics for serious conditions from January 2015 to August 2020.
