Chad Rickman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Chad began their career in 2005 as a Corporate Logistics Manager at ASC Construction Equipment. In 2008, they joined Curtis Media Group as an Account Executive before transitioning to Apria Healthcare as a Branch Manager later that year. At Apria Healthcare, they held multiple roles including Market Leader, Market Sales Trainer, and finally as a Market Vice President. In 2017, Chad joined Advanced Home Care as the Director of RT/HME Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations - Southeast Region at AdaptHealth, which they have been in since 2020.

Chad Rickman attended East Carolina University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics.
