Nikki Ip is an experienced Operations Analyst currently employed at Adaptavist since August 2022, with a previous role at VirgoCX where responsibilities included assisting with finance and sales department reporting, client onboarding, and managing Salesforce data integrations. Prior to these positions, Nikki completed a Full Stack Software Engineer Bootcamp at Venturenix LAB, focusing on e-Commerce web development and REST API implementation.
