Mark Alessandrini is an experienced professional in strategy, operations, and project management. Currently serving as SVP - Director of Strategy and Operations at Mindcracker since January 2020, Mark supports the COO and clients with critical initiatives focused on data strategy and collaboration. In parallel, Mark has been a Product Manager/Engagement Manager at Adapt Technical Group since October 2016, overseeing project management and customer relations. Previously, Mark held the position of Corporate Vice President - Manager of Enterprise Database Services at New York Life Insurance Company from April 2013 to July 2016, where responsibilities included managing database architecture and team dynamics. With a long tenure at Citi from April 1996 to November 2012, Mark progressed to Sr Vice President - Infrastructure Group Manager, leading a large team of database administrators. Mark began the career as a DBA at Campbell Soup Company from 1985 to 1994. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University - Camden.
