Azad Shaw is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the Metals and Mining industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Adani Enterprises Limited since June 2024, Azad previously held key financial leadership roles at Ola Electric, JMC Projects (India) Ltd, Cairn Oil and Gas, and Vedanta Resources Limited. Notably, Azad functioned as CFO for Vedanta’s Iron Ore Business and held various positions including Associate Vice President and General Manager. Azad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier's College.
