David Gill is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Project Superintendent and Project Manager at Adams Homes since September 2021, David previously held the position of Site Superintendent at Berry Building Group and Regional Project Manager at JCS of the Carolinas, where responsibilities included developing process models for subcontractor training and quality control. As the founder of The Reconstruction Company, David managed numerous residential and commercial construction projects. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include founding a construction dumpster business and co-creating a sports marketing collectible company. David's education includes studies in Public Policy and Economics at North Carolina State University.
