Jenni Hall has extensive experience in community and economic development, currently serving as the Director of Community and Economic Development for Adams County Government since June 2021. Previously, Jenni held the position of Economic Policy & Development Manager at the City of Westminster from March 2015 to June 2021. Early career roles include Lecturer at Iowa State University, where Jenni taught Ecological Design and Urban Design studios, and Design Project Manager for Habitat for Humanity, focusing on building affordable homes. Additionally, Jenni served as City Planner for Commerce City, managing development reviews and local ordinances. Academic contributions also include lectures at the University of Colorado College of Architecture & Planning. Jenni holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, an M.Arch and M.UD in Architecture, Urban Design, and Historic Preservation from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Certificate from the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma.
