Bill Aiken, AICP, currently serves as the Director of Urban Renewal for Commerce City since August 2022. Prior to this role, Bill Aiken held the position of Director of Planning and Development for the City of Duluth from September 2016 to August 2022. Bill Aiken's experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Fuqua Development from October 2014 to September 2016, and as a Senior Planner for the City of Duluth from May 2009 to October 2014. Bill Aiken began their career as an Asset Manager at Howard Properties, Land & Investments from April 2006 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from The University of Georgia (2004-2008) and a Master of Public Administration in Urban Planning & Economic Development from Georgia State University (2010-2012).
