Amy (Burger) Jones, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Labor Relations Administrator at Adams County Government since July 2006, leading activities such as collective bargaining, grievances, and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements. Previously, Amy held the position of Human Resource Manager, supporting 1,900 employees and managing a $1.5 million budget. Amy has also served as Conference Director for both the Colorado SHRM State Council and CHRA, contributing to the professional development of SHRM Chapters. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Management with a minor in Human Resources from Colorado Mesa University and a certificate in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School.
