Kristy Riordan currently serves as a Clinical Research Recruitment Coordinator at Adams Clinical, where the focus is on late-phase psychiatric and neurological drug testing, beginning in August 2024. Prior to this, Kristy worked at Moderna as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer from March 2023 to August 2024 and at PharmaLogics Recruiting as an Executive Recruiter from January 2022 to March 2023, specializing in talent acquisition within the life sciences sector. Kristy also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, holding various positions including Server at Matunuck Oyster Bar, Bartender Manager at Galilee Beach Club, and roles at The Reef Newport RI and other establishments from 2013 to 2022. Kristy earned a degree from the University of Rhode Island, completing studies in April 2020.
