David Herl is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with extensive experience in tax management and financial advising at Adams, Brown, Beran & Ball Chtd since January 1997. In this role, David serves as a Senior Tax Manager for individuals and small businesses, as well as a Senior Auditing Manager for governmental and non-profit organizations. Prior to this position, David was a Principal at Developmental Services of Northwest Kansas, Inc. from September 1989 to January 1997, overseeing programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. David began career as a District Sales Manager at R.P. Products, Inc., from May 1985 to August 1988, focusing on direct sales and sales management of quality cookware and related products. David holds a degree from Fort Hays State University, attained between 1983 and 1989.
