Ron H. is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various superintendent roles across multiple companies since 1997. Currently serving as a Superintendent at Adamo Group since February 2021, Ron has previously held positions at Machis Mid Atlantic, Inc. on a NAVFAC government contract, as well as at Crew MW III, where specialized security clearance was required for government projects. Earlier experiences include serving as Project Superintendent at Freeman Landscape, Inc., Assistant Superintendent at Powertemp Services Inc., and Nuclear FireWatch Supervisor at BHI Energy, focusing on safety and training. As a co-owner of RTH Construction, LLC, Ron contributed to the construction of over 300 homes in the local area. Ron holds an Associate's Degree in Construction Engineering from Riverside City College, a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California State University, Chico, and an Associate's Degree in English Language and Literature from Cerritos College, along with a certificate in Engineering/Drafting.
