Adam Hergenrother is the Founder & CEO of Adam Hergenrother Companies since 2010, where they lead a team that prioritizes personal growth and creates innovative business solutions. In 2019, they founded The Founder & The Force Multiplier, an organization born from their blog and book that is focused on empowering individuals. Adam also serves as the Founder & CEO of Livian, a company that supports real estate professionals in their personal and professional development. Adam is the Co-Owner & CEO of BlackRock Construction since 2012, an award-winning construction and development firm. Prior to these roles, Adam was an Operating Principal at Keller Williams Realty Vermont, providing strategic planning and vision for the Market Center. Additionally, Adam was the owner of Hergenrother Realty Group at KW Vermont from 2010 to 2021. Before venturing into real estate, Adam worked as a Financial Controller at Ferguson Enterprises, overseeing wholesale distributions and managing accounts receivables for multiple states.

Adam Hergenrother earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Vermont, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
