Regina Gwynn is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing professional with extensive experience in building innovative startups and fostering inclusive investment opportunities. As the Co-Founder of Black Women Talk Tech since January 2017, Regina focuses on empowering Black women tech founders to create billion-dollar companies. Currently, Regina serves as a member of ForbesBLK, a global community aimed at promoting equitable economies, and as VC-in-Residence at Pipeline Angels, which supports underrepresented founders in securing angel investment. Additionally, Regina contributes as a Scout for Ada Ventures, which invests in breakthrough ideas, and previously led TresseNoire as Co-Founder & CEO, developing solutions for women with textured hair. Regina's career also includes significant marketing roles at various organizations, complemented by an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University.
