Francine Bennett is an experienced leader in data and AI, currently serving as a Board Member and Interim Director at the Ada Lovelace Institute, where leadership includes strategic guidance and representation in significant events, such as the UK’s international AI Safety Summit. Bennett holds roles as an Expert Advisor for the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Advisory Body on Artificial Intelligence and a Member of the Digital Advisory Panel for the Gambling Commission. Additional contributions include membership on the Advisory Council of The British Library and previous leadership as VP of Data at Healx, focusing on data management for rare disease treatments. Bennett has extensive board experience with organizations like Bethnal Green Ventures and DataKind UK, and holds a First Class BA in Maths and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
