Luka Sherman is a dedicated software engineering professional with extensive experience in teaching and software development. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Teaching Assistant at Ada Developers Academy, Luka supports students in a diverse and inclusive learning environment. Prior experience includes a Graduate Student Assistant role at the University of Washington focused on physical computing and prototyping, and several positions at Cisco as a Software Engineer involved in test development for enterprise switching. Luka's background also features teaching assistant roles at the University of Rochester, along with software development internships at Bank of America, Adapx, and a collaborative project at Google recognized for excellence. Luka holds a Master of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rochester.
