Charmara Mays is a highly experienced technical professional with a strong background in software development and educational program management. Currently serving at Ada Developers Academy since August 2022 in various roles, including Technical Program Director and Technical Curriculum Manager, Charmara has a proven track record of designing and developing software to collect and visualize performance data, particularly during tenure as a Software Engineer at Google. Previous positions also include Software Engineer at USAFacts, Product Engineer at Buffer, and multiple internships at Google. Charmara holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and has previously engaged in educational initiatives as a UTeach Intern.
