Dr. Justin Robert Paden serves as Director and Executive Manager of Desalination at ACWA Power since June 2013. With a robust background in the field, Dr. Paden previously held the position of Technology Development Manager for Desalination at Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction from July 2011 to June 2013 and served as Deputy General Manager at SWS Saline Water Specialists from March 2008 to July 2011. Early career experience includes roles as Senior Lecturer at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and Lecturer at Moderator Gnanadhasan Polytechnic in Tamil Nadu, India. Dr. Paden's engineering foundation began as an Engineer at Heat Quench Engineers (Pvt) Ltd from May 1997 to June 1999. Academic accomplishments include a PhD in Desalination from Anna University, a Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras.
