Kathy Madden currently serves as the Vice President of People Operations at ACV Auctions, a technology company focused on a digital marketplace for wholesale vehicle transactions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director of HR Business Partner Operations at Rivian, a manufacturer of electric vehicles, and Senior Director of Human Resources Supply Chain at Lamb Weston, a leading supplier of frozen potato products. Kathy's earlier career includes significant roles at Revlon Inc., where responsibilities spanned from Vice President of Human Resources Supply Chain & IT to various HR positions. Kathy also held operational roles at Biologics, Inc. and UPS, managing teams and overseeing training programs. Educationally, Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and a certificate in Human Resource Management from Duke University.
