Prior to this position, Cynthia held various senior roles at Santander US, including Sr. Director and Associate Director of US Compliance. Additionally, experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at CTG - Computer Task Group and as a Freelance Attorney in commercial litigation. Early career involvement included an Enterprise Risk Manager role focused on Internal Audit at Santander Holdings USA, Inc. Cynthia S. holds a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from Buffalo State University.
