Cary Windler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pipeline integrity and management. Currently serving as a Staff Consultant at ADV Integrity, Inc. since March 2022, Cary specializes in developing integrity management procedures and testing protocols for pipeline operations. Cary previously held the position of Senior Manager for Pipeline Integrity East at Energy Transfer, where assistance was provided in integrating acquired assets into the company's integrity management program. As the last Director of GIS and Integrity Management at Enable Midstream Partners from November 2005 to December 2021, Cary led a team of 30 professionals. Cary's career began in the United States Air Force from September 1985 to October 2005, serving as an Instructor Pilot with expertise in flight safety and accident investigation. Educational credentials include a Master of Education from Wayland Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
