Andy Lowe has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with extensive expertise in various industries such as automotive, construction, defense, and military. Andy currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Acument Global Technologies - North America, leading a team across nine manufacturing and distribution facilities. Before their current role, Andy served as the Human Resources Director, Americas at Plastic Omnium. Prior to that, they held several leadership positions at Valeo, including Regional Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Country Development Manager. Andy also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Manager at Tower Automotive and as a Plant Human Resources Manager at Tenneco.

Andy Lowe has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004. Andy also has a Bachelor's degree in Communications/Business Management from Western Michigan University, which they earned from 1984 to 1989. Additionally, they completed an Executive Development program at CEDEP - Fontainebleau for a brief period in 2008.
