Zachary Brvenik is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network and system administration, currently serving as a Network Engineer at Acumen Technology since May 2019. Zachary's expertise includes providing Tier 2 troubleshooting support, managing ticketing system workflows, and gaining exposure to various technologies such as VMware, Microsoft Azure, and firewall configurations. Prior to Acumen Technology, Zachary worked as an IT Support Technician at Legends, where technical support for POS systems was provided, and as an Operations Supervisor at CCCI, where documentation and staff support focused on client satisfaction. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate of Science from Northern Virginia Community College.
