Tuyen Duong is a Data and Policy Analyst at Acumen, LLC since August 2020, bringing a robust background in statistics and data analysis. Prior experience includes a Statistics Tutor at the Department of Statistics, UCLA, where Tuyen provided one-on-one support in statistical theory and R programming, along with a Research Assistant role at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, focusing on the management and analysis of extensive biomedical datasets. Tuyen also served as a Teaching Assistant, instructing doctoral and master’s students in R programming for clinical research. Additional experience includes mentoring underrepresented community college students in STEM at the UCLA Center for Community College Partnerships and assisting with study abroad programs at Green River College. Tuyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from UCLA and previously attended Green River College, obtaining a High School Diploma while earning college credits in statistics.
